FAQ

I truly appreciate everyone who supports my shop and hope that you love your new items! Please see below for a list of frequently asked questions. If there is anything that you are still not sure about,  feel free to contact me. 

**PRE-ORDERS**

-Pre-orders are done in order to bring a product to life, meaning all funds go directly to pay for the product. 

-Cancellations or refunds are not accepted.

-Pre-orders can take 1-5 months to arrive. 

-Pre-order status updates are posted on Instagram stories or can be found on the Item Status list. (Located on my Instagram bio.)

**SHIPPING **

-In stock orders will be shipped within 3 weeks from the date you ordered. 

-All shipping prices include tracking numbers.

-Stickers are the only items that do not come with tracked shipping. You can combine stickers with other items to receive a tracking number.

-International customers, please note that if  shipping ends up costing less than what you originally paid (min. $2 or more) I will refund you the difference. 

-Please remember that I do not have any control when it comes to shipping prices. I use the most affordable option available through USPS. 

-I also do not have any control over arrival times. Once I ship the order, it is in the hands of USPS.

**PIN GRADES**

-Pins are handmade which means they may not be 100% flawless. All pins are inspected and then graded into different categories: Standard/A Grade, B Grade, C Grade and Seconds.

-Standard/A Grade: Perfect or nearly perfect quality pins. May have some minor flaws, but are still the most perfect of the batch. 

-B Grade: Good quality pins. May have several minor flaws or a couple of major flaws.

-C Grade: Ok quality pins. May have several major flaws.

-Seconds: Several noticeable flaws.

 **RETURNS** 

-Your happiness is my #1 priority and I do my best to show accurate images of all products. I also make sure to take my time grading items in the proper categories. Please understand that because I am a small business, I am unable to accept returns.
